To purchase tickets please make a donation of $400 per player or $1500 per foursome. You can also add a tee box sponsorship for $250 per person/family.

We are excited to announce the Annual El Rey Banana 2011 Golf Outing will take place on Monday, July 11, 2011 at the Tam O'Shanter Country Club in Brookville, NY. The past 6 golf outings have been the Foundation’s major fund raising events of the year and we have been able to raise over $100,000 at each event to help promote awareness about leukemia and other related cancers while at the same time providing scholarships and a great camp experience to other deserving leukemia patients or their surviving children and siblings. Our success is a direct correlation to your sponsorship, generosity and participation and we are extremely grateful of all of your support.

The Steven M. Perez Foundation was founded to commemorate the life and lifestyle of Steven Perez. Steven was a special person who lived life to the fullest and especially enjoyed being with his friends and family. On August 4, 2003, Steven lost his 49 day battle with leukemia but his spirit continues to live in all the lives he touched in his brief 29 years. The goal of the Steven M. Perez Foundation continues to be to help patients and families who have been directly or indirectly affected by leukemia and other related cancers. Funds raised in his name will continue to be invested to help ensure fewer patients and their families are affected by these devastating diseases.

TO HELP ENSURE THIS EVENT IS A SUCCESS, WE NEED YOUR HELP! Attached is a description of the event with a broad array of opportunities for corporate and private sponsors to contribute and help raise funds to make a difference for this important cause.
